An email has been sent to the address supplied on the application form, providing more information on the registration process. Limited power of attorney (POA) document has been attached to the email.
Documentary requirements
From a documentary perspective, we require the following:
a) Copy of all directors ID documents or passports
b) Signed limited power of attorney (POA) – emailed to you
The limited power of attorney (POA) document allows a representative of Register 360 (Pty) Ltd to sign the company registration documents on your behalf, once generated.
Further information on the various channels available for submission of these documents has been sent to you via email.
Registration documents
You will receive the following documents once your company has been incorporated:
- Registration certificate.
- Notice of incorporation - Form CoR 14.1.
- Confirmation on the initial directors of the company - Form CoR 14.1 – Annexure A.
- Memorandum of incorporation (MOI) – Form CoR 15.1 A.
